Leadership Berks is a program dedicated to developing, supporting, and connecting community leaders in Berks County.  The Core Program identifies current and emerging leaders and provides them training on best practices in nonprofit management and board governance, as well as issues-based community orientation.  The program provides leadership skill development that translates in the workplace and the boardroom, thus contributing to the economic vitality of the Greater Reading community.
