This camp is about more than the places students visit. It is also about the people they meet, the ideas they exchange and the confidence that can come from stepping into unfamiliar conversations together.

With a select cohort of approximately 50 participants, the Global Leadership Boot Camp creates opportunities for thoughtful conversations, shared experiences, and new connections. Students engage with peers who bring different backgrounds, interests, and perspectives, discovering the value of learning from one another while beginning to build relationships that may extend beyond the program.

From leadership discussions and collaborative experiences to time spent exploring and reflecting, the program balances purposeful learning with the shared moments that make camp memorable.

MORNING Learning & Discovery 9:00 AM — Breakfast
Start the day and connect with fellow participants.

MIDDAY & AFTERNOON Exploration & Experiences 1:00 PM — Lunch
Recharge and enjoy time with fellow participants.

EVENING Connection & Community 6:00 PM — Dinner

Where Students Learn and Stay
Alvernia University in Reading, Pennsylvania, provides the setting for the Global Leadership Boot Camp. The campus serves as a home base for learning, conversation, and shared experiences throughout the program, while excursions introduce participants to destinations beyond the university.
