Alvernia University's online Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Science degree teaches students how to advocate for individuals and communities that are underserved or under-informed on issues related to health and wellness, health-system policies and health management. Along with the program’s interdisciplinary design, you’ll have the flexibility to study at your own pace at a place of your choosing while learning from faculty who are highly experienced in the field.
This program is also available in a hybrid format with courses primarily offered fully online and some evening courses via Zoom or on campus.

Alvernia University’s online post-professional Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) program is designed for students who have earned a master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have completed all prerequisites. The OTD is offered over eight mods requiring 16 months of study, including foundational, professional and fieldwork. It follows a year-round curriculum sequence: spring, summer, fall, spring.

Alvernia’s DPT program utilizes a state-of-the art facility, featuring Anatomage Virtual Dissection tables, a research lab with motion analysis system, a real-time ultrasound unit, a split-belt treadmill, surface electromyography and accelerometers.
