Confirm Your Enrollment

To officially enroll, log in to your Alvernia Application Portal and accept your offer of admission. This is required before you can register for courses or access your student account. Need help? Your Admissions Advisor is ready to assist.

Get Set Up with Your Alvernia Logins

Once enrolled, you’ll receive a Student Logins Sheet with your Alvernia email and login credentials. These accounts give you access to:

  • Office 365 (email and communication tools)
  • Canvas (our online classroom)
  • Self-Service (for registration, billing, and course schedules)

Scholarships & Grant Opportunities

While Alvernia does not currently offer internal scholarships for adult bachelor’s students, we encourage you to explore outside funding sources:

Orientation & Academic Resources

Once you register for your first course, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the Graduate & Adult Education New Student Orientation on Canvas. This self-paced experience walks you through everything from academic expectations to technology tools.

All new adult undergraduate students are also invited to attend our New Student Orientations for their corresponding entry term. It’s a great opportunity to meet your support team, ask questions, and connect with fellow students. Details will be emailed to your Alvernia address.

The Academic Success Center provides student advising and support services. Located on the first floor of Bernardine Hall Room 105, its team includes professional, administrative, and student staff with responsibilities for Advising, Academic Support Services, and Accessibility Services.

Discover the wealth of resources and services at the Franco Library, supporting students, faculty, and staff in their academic research and intellectual pursuits.

Technology Support is your go-to source for technological assistance and computing problem-solving at Alvernia University. The collective consists of multiple department and support teams, each with its own areas of expertise, including audio and video technology in classrooms and meeting spaces; Canvas; instructional design; and providing solutions to computing problems involving the university network, accounts, assets, applications and other technology items.

Career Support

Alvernia's Office of Career Development supports students and alumni in job searches and career planning. Its services include individual career advising; résumé, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile reviews; interview preparation and practice; access to career information as well as internship and job opportunities; career fairs and networking connections; and graduate school application support.
