Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence (Computer Science)

The Alvernia Artificial Intelligence program - formerly Computer Science - teaches students how to succeed in the high-paced world of technology. The rise of AI has created a world where high-tech skills are required. At Alvernia, we specialize in training students to thrive in this world. Through programming, cybersecurity and AI, students leave Alvernia uniquely prepared to meet the demands of this world.

Students in the major will design machine learning and AI algorithms in upper-level coursework. Special focus will be paid to creating algorithms that are efficient and effective. There are multiple opportunities for high-level research with influential government agencies and companies. Students interested in computer science might also consider the cybersecurity and data science majors.
