Biography
Kelsey Ridge received her Ph.D. at the Shakespeare Institute of University of Birmingham. She earned her MA at University College London in English and her BA with honors at Wellesley College, where she studied English and East Asian Studies. Her research interests include early modern drama and 19th-century novels. She has published in Studies in Ethnicity and Nationalism and Indian Theatre Journal. Her book Shakespeare’s Military Spouses and Twenty-First-Century Warfare came out from Routledge in Sept 2021.
