Black History Month Jazz Night (BSU)

- Description: Black History Month Jazz Night is a celebration to bring in black history month with live music from the band Caya Sol, they play a mix of reggae and jazz music. We will be serving soul food appetizers
Black History Month Novelty (JEI)

- Time: 1:30-3:30 pm
- Location: Student Center
- Description: Join the Office of JEI in the student center and come together with fellow students to color in a giant coloring poster that celebrates Black History Month. Also, learn about all of JEI’s upcoming events for the spring semester.
True Black History Museum (SA/JEI/BSU)

- Description: Miller Gallery Opening Identity: The Journey of Expression Exhibit will feature artists who have impacted the visual arts, music, cultural movements, and more! Traveling Black History exhibit with artifacts dating from the late 1700's to the 21st century!

Expressions of Excellence (21+, Cultural Coalition)

- Description: The Berks County Cultural Coalition is featuring local artists at this event to celebrate African American culture and the arts. There will be a live art display by Jason Moss and a combined breakdancing, graffiti art, MC and DJ performance of the five elements of hip-hop by DJ H. Vidal and Hamilton Newton as a tribute to 50 years of hip-hop.
