The pause of Thanksgiving break gives us all the time to focus on things we are grateful for, on those we are thankful to as colleagues, family members, and friends, and the opportunity to appreciate the contributions of each member of the Alvernia community. I am thankful for our students, faculty, staff and trustees, who bring their talents, skills, and incredible spirit to advance our mission. And give thanks for the strength we gain from our diversity and the wisdom that we gain from our differences.
This year, my first fall semester as President of Alvernia, I am filled with gratitude to be part of this extraordinary community. The opportunity to serve our students, faculty, staff, and greater community is the highlight of my professional career, and your warm reception has filled my heart and soul.
