Penn Medicine OnDemand

Penn Medicine OnDemand is a virtual care service staffed by expert Penn Medicine providers. If your primary care doctor’s office is closed, you can schedule with Penn Medicine OnDemand for treatment of your urgent, non-emergency medical needs. Penn Medicine OnDemand providers treat many common conditions and are available for virtual visits 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

All services provided at the center are scheduled by appointment but are often seen within 24 hours. Patients should call or stop in the center to schedule an appointment. Also, students must schedule appointments for themselves, we cannot schedule appointments through parents, guardians, roommates or friends. Center providers do not excuse students from class except in rare circumstances. Please discuss any concerns you have regarding attending classes with your instructors.
