Registrar's Office
The Registrar’s office handles undergraduate course registration, maintains academic records, issues student grade reports and transcripts and confirms eligibility to receive degrees.
Dining Services
Aramark Collegiate Hospitality, Alvernia University’s food services provider, manages all on-campus dining, retail, catering, and athletic concessions. Visit the official Alvernia Dining Services Website.
Alvernia Bookstore
Alvernia's Bookstore provides the products and services to support the academic curriculum and campus life at the university. Whether you’re in need of a new notebook, a new sweatshirt or a simple snack, we’re here for you - conveniently located just steps away from class.
IT Support
The IT Help Desk serves as the central point of contact for all Information Technology (IT) support for the Alvernia University community, providing solutions to computing problems involving the University network, accounts, assets, applications and other technology items. The IT Help Desk is in the Alvernia University Franco Library and available for Walk-in service for students during Help Desk operating hours.
Franco Library
Discover the wealth of resources and services at the Franco Library, supporting students, faculty, and staff in their academic research and intellectual pursuits.
Public Safety
Alvernia's Public Safety Officers are on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week to protect and serve our students. The Public Safety Office is located on the first floor of the Franco Library and can be contacted by phone at 610.796.8350 or email at george.smith@alvernia.edu.
Intramural Sports
Alvernia offers intramural sports to all students, designed to provide the opportunity to be involved in a variety of sports in a friendly environment.

Join us for 2026 Innovation Runway, a fashion show fundraiser celebrating creativity, innovation and sustainability through the Total Experience Learning® framework at Alvernia University. This exciting showcase puts student designers from Alvernia University’s Sustainable Fashion Momentum Makers Summer Camp in the spotlight, sharing the runway with professional designers specializing in sustainable and upcycled fashion. Through research, experimentation and hands-on design, students explore real-world challenges in fashion and transform their ideas into original creations for the runway.
