Scheduling
All students (undergraduate, graduate, and adult) are eligible for services provided at the Medical and Counseling Center. All services are scheduled by appointment. Students should call 610-568-1467, use our online scheduler or stop in to schedule an appointment. Telehealth appointments are available by request and if appropriate for students residing in Pennsylvania. Also, students must schedule appointments for themselves, we cannot schedule appointments through parents, guardians, roommates or friends. Please be considerate of your fellow students and our providers.
If this is a true medical or mental health emergency in which seconds count, please call 911. Additionally, call Public Safety at 610.796.8350 (or ext. 8350 from a University phone) so they can direct first responders to the campus location. More information is available on our emergency information page.
Billing
The patient is financially responsible for any services not covered by insurance. It is the responsibility of the patient to know which hospital, laboratory, and/or pharmacy is preferred by his/her health insurance company.
