Students are billed by semester and invoices are published online approximately 30 days in advance of the due date. Invoices must be retrieved at myAlvernia/Finances /Student Accounts.
Payment due date is the Monday prior to the start of the semester, and payment must be received on or before that date. Students registering after the due date are required to secure an invoice from the Office of Student Accounts at the time of registration with payment due immediately.
Alvernia University reserves the right to change tuition, fees and other charges from one academic semester to the next as deemed necessary in order to meet its financial commitments and to fulfill its role and mission.
