Alvernia partners with local businesses and colleges to offer a cohort-style model for employees and students to take courses and earn a college degree at convenient locations close to where they live or work. Alvernia faculty teach on-site at these business or college settings, providing high quality education focused with scholarly expertise and real-world experience.

 

Programs may be tailored toward specific needs to include:

  • Master of Business Administration
  • Master of Science in Healthcare
  • Master of Education with special focus certifications

 

A simplified application process that considers transfer credits from other accredited institutions is coupled with preferred pricing options to make completion of a college education within your reach.

 

Montgomery County Community College

Alvernia offers both a Master of Business Administration and Master of Education with optional Certification in English as a Second Language taught by Alvernia faculty onsite at Montgomery County Community College West Campus in Pottstown. Upon completion of required curriculum, students graduate with an Alvernia degree.

 

Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences

The long-standing partnership between Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences (RHSHS) and Alvernia University offers a seamless pathway from the associate to bachelor’s degree through dual enrollment programs.

 

Dual enrollment options include the RN to BSN for current RHSHS RN students.  Alvernia and RHSHS also offer combined program certificates and associate degrees with the Surgical Technology Program and Medical Imaging Program with the option for completion of a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Science or Healthcare Administration degree. Students benefit from preferred pricing, application fee waiver and a simplified application process.
