Alvernia University Undergraduate Admissions is offering an exclusive enrollment swag incentive you do not want to miss! For Fall 2024 undergraduate enrolled students, you can receive free, custom Alvernia University Crocs. **UPDATE: The original deadlines for completing the FAFSA and confirming with a deposit have been extended. The new deadlines are below.**
How do I get my Crocs?
- Apply and be admitted by Dec. 1, 2023 ✅
- Visit campus by Feb. 17, 2024 ✅
- Complete the FAFSA and submit your Student Aid Index by March 15.
- Confirm with $300 non-refundable deposit by May 1.
Do I have to use the Alvernia application to be eligible?
No, you can use either the Common Application or the Alvernia application to be eligible for the enrollment swag deal.
What do I need for my application to be reviewed?
To complete your application, please fill out the Common Application or the Alvernia Application, as well as having your high school transcript sent to the university. Transfer students must also send official college transcripts. Materials can be sent to admissions@alvernia.edu.
What campus visits will make me eligible to receive the Crocs?
Any campus visit offered through undergraduate admissions is eligible.
- Individual Visits: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
- AU Pack Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m.

How will you get my shoe size?
If you complete all required steps, we will send you an official email with a form for information regarding your sizing.
When will I receive my Crocs if I meet the requirements?
