Assisi & Siena Halls are townhouse-style residence halls, each of which house approximately 47 upperclassmen students. Assisi & Siena Halls house all identifying genders, but each townhouse houses only students of the same identifying gender. There are two rows of six two-story townhouses. Assisi & Siena Halls are named after the Italian cities of Assisi and Siena, which were important sites of the two patron saints of Italy, Saint Catharine of Siena and Saint Francis of Assisi.

Each townhouse has four double bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a laundry facility in the living unit. Bedrooms are supplied with one bed, dresser, desk, and closet/wardrobe for each person residing in the room.
