Summer Information Sessions

Alvernia's Summer Information Sessions are held over six consecutive Fridays through July and August, and are a great way to get a first look at the university or to learn a little more if you have been to AU's campus before. During these events, Admissions Staff will focus on answering your questions and give you a glimpse of what makes Alvernia a special place.

These casual yet informative events typically begin with registration from 9:15 - 10:00am, and conclude by 2:00pm. The day will include a presentation by Admissions Counselors, a campus tour with our student tour guides, and complimentary lunch for you and your guests in the main Dining Hall with select faculty, staff, and coaches. We'll finish the day with information on the Admissions & Financial Aid process, covering topics such as how & when to apply for admission, costs, available scholarships & grants, filing your FAFSA and the various financial aid packages.
