Summer Information Sessions

Our Summer Information Sessions are a great way to get a first look at Alvernia, or to learn a little more if you have been to campus previously. Our Admissions Staff will spend the day with you and give you a glimpse of what makes Alvernia a special place. The day begins with registration & check-in from 9:30-10:00am, typically concludes by 2:00pm and will follow this schedule:

9:30-10:00- Registration and Check In

10:00-10:15- Welcome and Opening Remarks

10:15-11:00- Presentation by Admissions Staff (Alvernia at a Glance)

11:00-12:00- Campus Tour with our Student Tour Guides

12:00-1:00- Lunch in the main Dining Hall with representation from our Faculty, Staff, Coaches and Students

1:15-1:45- Admissions and Financial Aid (How to Apply, When to Apply, Tuition, Scholarships & Grants, Filing the FAFSA and Financial Aid Packages)

1:45- Closing Remarks

The following dates during the summer are available for Registration:

 June 28th, July 12th, 19th, 26th, August 2nd, 9th & 16th.

We will send out an agenda, parking pass and directions to campus about a week prior to your selected date.
