Alvernia University is committed to providing students, faculty, and staff with a solid technological platform for finding, using, and storing information from a wide variety of resources. Internal and external networked resources are configured to provide maximum usability for all Alvernia patrons in the completion of their academic and professional activities.

Information Technology is the department directly responsible for the planning, deployment, and maintenance of these networked information resources, including computers for staff, faculty, classrooms, and labs.

Submit a Service Request

How to Get Help

For the fastest service, we ask that you request help as outlined below. This helps us track your requests so that we can address them in a timely manner. Also note that during the first week or two of the semesters, we see a significant increase in the number of service requests, so responses may take a little longer than normal as we work to address all requests with the priority of getting students and faculty up and running.

If your issue is urgent (defined as affecting an entire business process or large group of people with no workaround), please make that known when calling or emailing. This is not to say resolution will come that fast, as some requests may require more time, but expect our team to respond to urgent requests within a day.
