Alvernia University’s College of Professional Programs invites applicants for a full-time tenure-track Occupational Therapy Faculty appointment beginning August 2021.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must hold a doctorate (practice or research focused) and current Occupational Therapist License with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Candidates will demonstrate the ability to teach using multiple pedagogical approaches, interest in supporting fieldwork education, have a defined area of scholarly interest, and five years clinical experience.
Successful candidates will show evidence of excellence in student-centered teaching; Commitment to engaging in high-impact practices such as service-learning and experiential learning, and use of innovative pedagogy.
