Sacred Heart Convent

Sacred Heart Convent, Motherhouse of the Bernardine Franciscan Sisters, the sponsoring congregation for Alvernia University was the first building constructed on the scenic 55-acre tract of land. The main building houses the archives and heritage rooms of the congregation, the Sacred Heart Chapel, and residence wings for members of the congregation.
