If you have specific questions regarding athlete check-in please contact Athletics at (610) 796-8276. As you prepare for moving onto campus please know that the first day of Orientation, August 18, is a very busy day. Dress comfortably and bring your patience; we will do our best to check everyone in as quickly as possible. Remember to label all of your belongings. Things like boxes, plastic bins and text books should all have your name, building and room number so that our volunteer staff can help you move in. If you get to campus and realize that you have forgotten something, don’t panic; stores such as Target, Walmart and Bed Bath and Beyond are only a few minutes away from campus. Also, the second weekend of Fall semester is Labor Day weekend and a great time to bring anything to campus that you forgot.

Returning Students

Check-in for returning students who will be living on campus is Sunday, August 21 between 12:00p.m. and 4:00p.m. in the Veronica Hall Lobby. If you're a fall athlete, move in day is Tuesday, August 16. If you have specific questions regarding athlete check-in please contact Athletics @ 610.796.8276

Have You Submitted Reguired Health Forms?

The deadline for health requirement compliance has passed.  If you are still noncompliant, this may prevent you from getting your keys to move onto campus or make changes to your schedule.  Please access the Alvernia Student Health Portal as soon as possible.  If you have missing forms, you can access them through the Alvernia Student Health Portal.  If you have updated medical documentation you can also upload this information on the Alvernia Student Health Portal.  Please remember to check your messages in the Alvernia Student Health Portal regularly as the Health & Wellness Center will communicate with you regarding any missing information in this manner.  Also, if you have your own health insurance, do not forget to waive the Student Health Insurance by September 1, to avoid being billed for the insurance ($1694.00).  If you do not have health insurance, you may enroll in the student health insurance plan.  To waive or enroll in the insurance visit the Alvernia Student Health Portal.
