Also reporting to Dr. Cicala are Executive Assistant Tracy Hine, Operations Coordinator Sandy Kroenig, and Veterans Advocate Kurt Stevens. Dr. Cicala serves as Alvernia’s Title IX Coordinator and is the designated first responder to complaints from students concerning discrimination or harassment on the basis of gender, disability, or race/ethnicity, in addition to his overall responsibilities.
