Alvernia University's Gay Straight Alliance
Alvernia University's Gay Straight Alliance functions within the Catholic moral perspective to bring together gays, lesbians, bisexuals, transgenders, questioning persons, and their straight allies to raise awareness and foster learning about different sexual and gender identities. We support the fundamental human rights of all people and oppose all acts of discrimination and bias. We aim to create an environment free of homophobic sexual, verbal, and physical harassment so that people of all sexual orientations feel safe and free on campus.Advisor:
