and Siena Townhouses
Siena Hall
Assisi and Siena Halls are a residence for upperclassmen
that houses approximately 96 students. There are 12 townhouses,
each accommodates 8-10 students of the same gender within each
townhouse unit. Mailboxes are located on the outside of the buildings.
Each townhouse contains two floors. On the first floor, there is
a bedroom, a bathroom, a coin-operated laundry room, a kitchen
area featuring a full-size refrigerator, a kitchen counter, sink,
and cabinets, a kitchen table and chairs, and a living room common
area. The second floor contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Each townhouse is equipped with heating and air conditioning. Each
student is provided with a bed, dresser, closet, desk, and chair.
Each room has Internet, cable, and phone connections.

Assisi Hall
Alvernia College maintains several kinds of residential options on campus for traditional, undergraduate, full-time, single students: Veronica Hall, Francis Hall, Assisi Hall, Siena Hall, Anthony Hall, Clare Hall, Judge Hall. The college maintains no off-campus or married student housing facilities.
