SRN to BSN stresses patience for future BSN students

Unlike many careers in which the type of employee is defined by the position he or she holds, nursing professionals are anything but typical. Alvernia’s current RN to BSN students are a shining example of the diversity that makes healthcare specialists so understanding, well-rounded and caring.

Although nurses must be able to think critically, I feel communication is the most important skill a nurse can possess. Nurses must communicate with patients, families, physicians, other personnel and to each other every day and all day long.
