Library Purchase Request
Faculty involvement in building a library collection that will
support the curriculum is welcome. Instructors have the opportunity to enhance
the library collection by working with their library liaison and by making
purchase suggestions. For this purpose, a portion of the library materials
budget is allocated to the academic departments. To request a library purchase,
complete the purchase request form and submit it to your department head for
approval. The form should then be forwarded to the appropriate library liaison.
You will be notified when your purchase has been received.
