Awareness of cultural differences is critical for people working in international business. Books on business etiquette often include helpful information about intercultural communication.

A collection of over 15,000 eBooks is now accessible from NetLibrary. This database contains more than 180 nursing books.
eBooks are full text electronic versions that are great for reference and research. Access is limited to one user at a time. If an ebook of interest is being viewed by another user, you can request to be notified when the ebook becomes available. Books are automatically returned for access when there is no activity for a period of 15 minutes in a browser where the book is being viewed.

Combine these terms with appropriate terms for the ethnic group you are interested in.
In addition to the Health databases, the Psychology and Sociology databases may have useful information relating transcultural issues to health care. Since they are not health databases the search should include a phrase such as “health care” or “health beliefs” or “nursing” as one concept. Include search terms for a cultural, religious or ethnic group as a second concept..
