Research Strategy

Reference Research Assistance

Reference Research Assistance is a new program to help you find the information sources you need for an assignment. We will assist you in developing a research strategy and selecting information sources. This service is available to students enrolled at all the Alvernia campuses as well as online courses.

To schedule a Reference Research Assistance session, please contact Leon Weber at 610 796-8352 or leon.weber@alvernia.edu with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Phone number and e-mail address
  • Course name and number
  • Professor
  • A brief description of the assignment
  • Your preferred method of contact (i.e. in person, by phone, by e-mail)
  • List several convenient times to meet

After submitting this information you will be contacted by a librarian who will work with you during one or more sessions as you conduct your research.
