MFPs and Network Printers
Support of MFPs and network printers is provided by our print services partner, XSE Group.
XSE will have a technician on Main Campus for support 2 days per week and has a Customer Service Call Center available Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Standard Device Specifications / Documentation
Information on standard MFP and network print devices can be found at the Alvernia Print Portal pages.
Consumables, such as toner or ink, will be purchased by the user’s department.
Local printers approved for use will be supported via the AU Service Desk.
