With faculty members, adjunct instructors, and students increasingly integrating instructional technology into teaching and learning, the demand for classroom technology is escalating at Alvernia. Alvernia University Media Services acquires and maintains multimedia equipment for use or loan to faculty, staff, and students to support instructional technology in the classrooms and for university events. It strives to best serve the needs of the Alvernia community and ensure efficient equipment purchase, installation, access, maintenance, security, and upgrade.

We encourage every user of Alvernia media equipment to review the Media Equipment Management Policy to understand the procedures involving equipment use and training requests and to ensure proper use of equipment.
