Content Submission


All submissions must meet the technical requirements.

Ways to Submit:

Specific Location Requests - fill out the online form (under construction).

    • Submission must be received at least 1 week prior to desired running time.
    • Submissions will be reviewed and posted if approved.

Special Request Content - for multiple displays across campus'.

Approval needed by Marketing and/or Information Technology.

Submit your request by Service Request ticket to and include the following information:

    • Reason for Request
    • Contact name and phone
    • Running time begin and end date
    • Indicate file location or attach smaller image file/s to the email
