Digital Signage Program

Administration of Digital Signs

Responsibility for the digital signage program is shared between Marketing, Information Technology and designated content managers.

    • Marketing’s role is to ensure the university’s visual identity standards are met.   The visual identity manual should be utilized by content designers and managers where there are questions around fonts, colors and use of university branding.

    • Information Technology will assist with technical support for the RiseVision platform and maintenance of the standard template/s.

    • Content managers are responsible to ensure content is accurate and meets with program goals.

While there are many digital displays on campus, not all of them are considered "digital signs".  Some displays are only for classroom use or for a specific location to be used for events. These signs are not part of this program.

The digital signs covered by this program are used to communicate primarily for informational purposes to visitors or on-campus audiences through digitized text and graphics. These signs include, for example, the Francis Hall Welcome Center desk, Bernardine Hall 1st floor lobby and Bernardine Hall ground floor near the Media Suite.
