Additional Software Requests


Software requests outside the standard Software Bundle can be filled via the University’s Application Catalog* or via ticket request to IT.

* The Application Catalog is an on-line listing of available software programs that can be installed on University computers. 

Available applications are limited to standard University-supported software.


Using the Application Catalog

Click on the link or copy and paste into Internet Explorer:

Available Options:
  • Browse by Category or Publisher
  • View pending Application Requests
  • View managed Devices
  • Search for an Application
  • Scroll through available Applications


Note: Not all applications are immediately available, some require approval.


Approval Process

If an Application requiring approval is selected the Install button changes to Request.  
When Request is selected:

  • The request is queued in the system
  • Support Services reviews and processes the request for approval
  • Response to request to be received within 72 hours


If an Application is not available in the Application Catalog, submit a ticket request through the standard support process.


Note: Non-Standard or unlicensed software requests are subject to approval.  Upon approval, software to be paid for by requesting department.
