The Campaign for Alvernia University:

The Challenge Continues

For more than 50 years, Alvernia University has provided life-changing opportunities to first-generation college students, adult learners, and traditional students. Dedicated faculty and staff guide students as they develop into skilled professionals infused with moral courage. After graduation, Alvernia alumni make a difference in their communities as ethical leaders who understand the importance of service.

Alvernia students volunteer nearly 20,000 hours each year, assisting local non-profit agencies and helping those in need. Community service has its roots deeply embedded in the foundation of Alvernia and is central to the mission of our Catholic, Franciscan institution.
