SFP Project Manager

Responsibilities include:

Assist the Student Financial Planning staff with day-to-day tasks associated with the financial aid and the student employment program. Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Working as a student representative of the Student Financial Planning (SFP) office for Alvernia University.
  • Provide quality customer service to faculty, staff, students, and guests of Alvernia.
  • Entering data in PowerFaids (computer system used by financial aid office).
  • Update financial aid information within various media as needed.
  • Assist with students, phone calls, emails, and projects as needed.
  • Filing of confidential student information.
  • Complete a variety of tasks assigned by SFP office staff using PowerCampus, PowerFaids, and MS Office.
  • Other duties as assigned.
