Registrar’s Office Work Study Clerk

Responsibilities include:

  • Alpha sorting, collating, filing & organization of records
  • Photocopying & shredding
  • Mailings
  • Data entry in database
  • Word & Excel documents
  • Answering telephone calls, transfer calls & take messages.
  • Assist with receptionist services as needed
  • Errands across campus

Position requirements:

  • Attendance for scheduled work hours required
    • Notify supervisor in the event of absence &
    • Makeup hours within same pay period
  • Casual office attire

Job qualifications:

  • Customer Service and Phone skills
  • Computer skills with MS Office programs especially Word & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
