Advancement Services Assistant

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform data entry to assist IA with maintaining the constituent database
  • Review audit reports and enter alumni information
  • Provide assistance to the Advancement Services Dept. by researching potential donors to Alvernia using Google and entering prospect screening information
  • Organize Advancement mailings
  • Photocopying
  • Filing
  • Memo and letter writing
  • Assist in the organization and implementation of campus events

Job qualifications:

  • Commitment to the mission statement, core values and goals of Alvernia University
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office Software
  • Ability to learn the University’s data base management system
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Self-directed, organizational and time management skills are essential
