Health Services Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with front desk duties including:  answering phones, greeting students, scheduling appointments for students, pulling charts for next day, filing charts and records
  • Assisting in developing and marketing healthy living educational programs for students by posting program information following the college posting policy
  • Creating informative bulletin board monthly to coincide with monthly programming focus
  • Delivering health information to common areas on campus (i.e., magazines and pamphlets)
  • Perform general office duties as needed

Job qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
  • 1 to 2 years office experience, medical office experience preferred
  • Professionalism
  • Good attendance
  • Positive attitude
  • Understanding of medical confidentiality
