SEVIS Coordinator - Philadelphia Campus
(Part-Time 18 Hours Per Week)
Summary of Duties:
The incumbent in this position is responsible for the admissions, registration, retention, Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) processing and SEVIS registration each semester.
- Complete day-to-day job tasks by managing and implementing effective student-centered processes for inquiry and application processing, file completion, acceptance and student registration in SCT.
- Submit and verify appropriate documents to SEVIS in compliance with federal immigration regulations.
- Assist in the implementation and evaluation of data for team and individual assessment.
- Provide documentation support for students enrolled in the ESL program.
- Other duties as requested.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with college admissions and student services.
- Ability to interact and work successfully with other University personnel, students, international applicants, federal agencies and other affiliates.
- Ability to interact with students with limited English proficiency.
- Proven organizational, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications.
