Summary of Duties:

 The incumbent will recruit, organize and coach the Cheer/Spirit team during the winter sport season.

• Recruit and retain Cheer/Spirit team student athletes.
• Organize and run practice sessions.
• Choreograph routines.
• Supervise and coordinate efforts with the mascot.
• Communicate and coordinate programming during basketball games with SID office, Dance Team Coach and game day administration.
• Other duties as requested.

• Promote Franciscan ideals and adherence to the Mission of the University.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Cheer/Spirit team instruction experience.
