As we welcome 2010, we are also welcoming a NEW program for our employees here at Alvernia:
“Employee Health Awareness Program"
This program will consist of a variety of different National Health Observances/Activities offered each month - for instance: Lunch & Learn Wellness Presentations, Outdoor Yoga class, Group Weight Loss help, Health Fair, etc. The program kicked-off with the launch of our First Weight Watchers at Work program that began on Thursday, January 21. To date we have approximately 36 participants who are eagerly excited to begin the program with the help/motivation of our colleagues.
As we enter our third month of the Employee Health Awareness Program I am pleased to announce that there has been a tremendous amount of positive feedback and participation!
This month is National Nutrition Month...
We will have a "Healthy" seminar for employees to attend!
