Pharmacy Technician Certificate Program
General InformationThe Pharmacy Technician Certificate Program does the following:
Pennsylvania recently passed House Bill 803, which requires a nationally recognized pharmacy technician certification. The Pharmacy Technician Certificate Program is taught by knowledgeable pharmacists with experience in hospital, retail and long term care pharmacies. Employment of pharmacy technicians is expected to grow through 2008 due to the increased pharmaceutical needs of a larger and older population, and greater use of medication. (Obtained from the Occupational Outlook Handbook). 2006 ScheduleWHEN ALTERNATING SCHEDULE WHERE LENGTH Program FeesThe Pharmacy Technician Certificate Program is priced at $675, which includes registration, course fee, and manual. Upon registration a deposit of $350 is due. The remainder will be due the first night of class. There will be no refunds after the first class.
