Board of Trustees Instructions
Hooding Ceremony, Baccalaureate & Commencement
- Board members participating in Baccalaureate should meet in the Shander Room of the Physical Education Center at 11:30 am.
- Please bring your academic attire, or if wearing college attire, it will already be there, pressed and ready to wear.
- The President’s Lunch will be in the Shander Room at 1:00 pm immediately following Baccalaureate Mass.
- Board members participating in Commencement should meet in the Shander Room at 2:15 pm.
- Following Commencement please return all Alvernia academic attire to the Shander Room.
- There will be a reception for all graduates and their guests in the Student Center immediately following Commencement. Please feel free to join us.
