Clinical Affiliations

This section is recommended for inclusion only if you have no other significant RELATED EXPERIENCE. If that is the case, take the space to talk about the populations, issues, experiences from your affiliations. If you have related experience, it may be sufficient to simply list the name and city and state locations of your affiliations. If you are pressed for space, then delete this section all together and spend the space to talk about the unique experiences you have had.

In all of these sections with descriptions, remember to use short phrases and lots of action words. Complete sentences are NOT recommended.
