Bio
Dr. Kemmerer had nearly 25 years of experience in education
from kindergarten through college. She is the Dean of Students.
Dr. Kemmerer earned a bachelor and master degree in music
education from Ithaca College and a doctorate in education-
Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Educational
Technology- from Lehigh University. She has additional coursework
from Kutztown University, Albright College, and the University
of Colorado, Denver.
Dr. Kemmerer lives with her husband and two wonderful teenage
children in Ruscombmanor Township. She enjoys traveling,
reading, and spending time with her family.
