Undergraduate Admission

Hi, my name is Victoria Opdyke. I'm very excited to be the newest addition to the Alvernia University Admissions staff, and I am really looking forward to helping prospective students in every way possible. I am a recent Alvernia graduate with a B.A. in Sports Management and a minor in Psychology. During the four years I spent here at Alvernia, I had the opportunity to work in the Admissions office as part of the work-study program and enjoyed it so much, I jumped at the opportunity to begin my career here.

I am originally from New Jersey and moved here to the Reading area shortly after graduation. I love this area because it offers so many different things to do. I look forward to helping prospective students learn more about our school and area in order to have the best college experience they possibly can. I hope that you can come to love Alvernia as much as I have by joining us here for your college years.

I will be working specifically with all undergraduate students interested in Alvernia's Business programs and Criminal Justice. I will also be visiting high schools and attending college fairs in Central New Jersey.
