Hi! My name is Stephanie Walker and I am an admissions counselor here at Alvernia. I am originally from Ecuador, South America so I am fluent in Spanish. If your family needs assistance in Spanish, I’ll be glad to help. I have a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Belmont Abbey College. I also have a M.A. in Liberal Arts Studies here at Alvernia University.

I worked in Admissions as an undergraduate and graduate student so I truly enjoy working with prospective students and their families. I am responsible for all potential undergraduate students interested in studying Nursing, Social Work, or the Humanities. Here in the office, I am the Multicultural representative, Honors program liaison, and the international student counselor. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
