A major in Communication with a focus in Theatre provides a solid foundation in Communication Studies and in Theatre Arts.

You'll have a BA in COM with the training to pursue work in professional theatre or pursue graduate study in Theatre Arts.

What can I do with training in theatre?

This is a good question. Employers regularly tell us they want certain foundational skills in outstanding employees- critical thinking skills, strong communication skills, the ability to work as part of a group, and an ability to complete a project on deadline. These skills lie at the heart of theatre!
