Travis A. Berger is an Assistant Professor of Business at Alvernia University and serves as the Coordinator for Alvernia’s Masters in Organizational Leadership program that he founded and developed. Professor Berger is an expert in the areas of leadership, organizational development, and strategy and he studies and researches how organizations can leverage their human capital and related processes, systems, and programs to drive long-term superior organizational performance. Berger has delivered presentations on leadership, organizational development, and strategy at national, regional, and state conferences and has been invited to address organizational executives and top management teams. He is in high demand as a speaker and has delivered keynote addresses to professional organizations such as the Society for Human Resource Management and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Berger is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Vide Consulting Group, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in developing leadership, organizations, and strategy. He has consulted for billion dollar international corporations, small and family owned businesses, and non-profit organizations.
Professor Berger was awarded the Twenty-Third Annual IUP Doctoral Fellowship and continues to progress toward earning a Ph.D. in Administration and Leadership Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He graduated with a B.A. with distinction from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, where he was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Society and tapped into the exclusive Skull & Bones Society. Mr. Berger was a scholarship athlete on the Men’s soccer team where he was part of a Big Ten Championship, earned Big Ten First-Team and Academic All-American honors, and served as captain his senior year.
