Donna Yarri received her B.A. from Queens College of the New York City University
system, an M.Div. from Alliance Seminary in Nyack, New York, and recently completed
her Ph.D. from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Her dissertation was on the topic of the ethics of animal experimentation. Her
research interests include the ethical treatment of animals, Christian social
ethics, war and peace, and ethics and film.
She regularly presents papers at annual conferences, and is in the process of
working on several articles. She primarily teaches courses in Christian Theology,
Christian Ethics, and Global Ethics.
