About Tricia Reece

Tricia’s experience in leadership development, talent management, and learning and development spans over 20 years. Tricia has applied her very broad and deep knowledge in the corporate and consulting world to work with all levels of leadership in a variety of functions and geographies. Those working with Tricia value her ability to build leadership and organizational capacity using solutions that are practical and immediately applicable.

Tricia’s ability to quickly grasp the organizational landscape and dynamics coupled with strong business acumen earn her the confidence and trust of executives and Human Resources professionals. Tricia’s application of these skills is fueled by her appreciation for the complex set of expectations that leaders must operate within and her fundamental belief that strong, resilient leadership drives organizational performance.

Tricia has held management positions in talent management and learning and development. In her most recent internal role supporting 16,000 employees worldwide, Tricia was challenged with building global senior and executive leadership capabilities needed to achieve the organization’s growth objectives
